Question about 91 fleer basketball unopened boxes

So a friend of mine said he'll take $20 for this box of 1991 fleer basketball unopened in the pic below (the one on the right obviously)







So I'm cruising ebay to compare prices but all the boxes on ebay look different and the one that looks similar says different things on the bottoms








So what is the deal, is my friends box a different series or type or what? I'm sure its pretty simple but I don't know this stuff and I know you guys do. Thanks a lot

The box in the first picture is a rack pack box. $20 is a good deal on that one.

How about the box on the left in my pic? Any value in me trying to get that one at a certain price? He's a comic book guy and doesn't care about these boxes at all
