PSA review question

I have a PSA 9oc card that I really think (barely) meets the centering guidelines for a straight PSA 8. Question is - if I have the card reviewed, can I specify a minimum grade with a NQ? Meaning, I would rather have the card as a straight 8 to a PSA 9oc, but a remain as a PSA 9oc if it doesn't "bump," rather than becoming a 7. I couldn't find a "min grade" on the online submission form for reviews, presumably because reviews are typically for higher numerical grades, and (technically speaking), this one would be lower. Wondering if it's possible to request so card doesn't accidentally end up in a 7 holder? Thanks in advance for your responses. Happy 4th!

Maybe explain that in the comment box on the submission form, say "Leave at 9OC if this won't grade 8 or higher". I'd imagine it will be very tough getting an 8 from a 9OC.
