1961 fleer basketball question

I know these cards are frequently off center. But, my question is are they also frequently shortcut? The reason I ask is that I just bought a common from Battersbox that measures less than 3 7/16" from t/b and also a little less than 2 1/2" l/r. I would send scan, but I'm having scanner problems.

I have Wilt in PSA 3.5, West in PSA 6.5, Big O in VG raw, and Baylor in VG raw, as well as all commons for a complete set. Right now, I'm upgrading some commons, and I hope to eventually upgrade Big O and Baylor.
