Looking for feedback, comments, suggestions on Selling a raw lot of Singles

So during our move (one of the reasons I was selling some inventory over the last couple months), I found a couple large boxes of singles covering all sports and quite a bit of non-sports.

I'm going through them now and separating and it appears the years are:

Baseball: 1970-mid-90s

Football: 1980-mid 90's

Basketball: Late 80's-mid 90's

Hockey: 90's

Olympic cards

With a whole bunch of non-sport as well.

The condition of the cards ranges from avg-mint as it appears my little brother while I was away at college "played" with them a fair amount both adorable and kinda irritating at the same time as the little guy opened all of the non-opened wax/foil.

My question to you guys is how you think I should sell them?

My thoughts are either of the following:

Sell them all in one giant lot

or

Send gradeable cards to PSA, then sell individual lots of sport, or sport and year with PSA cards included

Any thoughts are much appreciated!

Back into collecting after a 10 yr layoff.

Always looking for 1970-1990 Football/Baseball
