I think my boxes have been searched

I purchased 3 boxes of 1990 Fleer bkb cards on EBay. I got burnt once on a box of 1992 Bowman baseball box so I know what to look for. These packs seem to have loose wraps, some were not even glued. I contacted seller for a refund. I purchased 3boxes from another seller and they look good, had real tight wraps. I got confused with the other seller and gave the bad seller good feedback. You think I can still get a refund through Ebay? I'm waiting for sellers response.
