USPS Delivery

I know that there has been some whining here about the USPS, but I have no complaints. Heritage put my winning lot in the mail on the evening of June 21st and I received it at noon on the 23rd. I realize that they ship via Priority Mail, but I think this is terrific service. Perhaps it's because I live near a USPS hub in the Boston area, but still, this is half the country away! This has been the case for over 8 years of dealing with Heritage.

When did you win this/these item(s)?

Heritage usually takes a week to get the item from hammer to out-the-door...then the USPS takes over and gets it to you within a few days.

No complaints about USPS from me, either:

Ordered a coin online late Sunday night from a Maryland dealer, and figured with packaging and shipping I shouldn't expect it until Friday or Saturday. It arrived in my California mailbox yesterday (Wednesday) morning! (First class package service....not even priority mail!)

I shipped some coins from California to New Joisey on Saturday afternoon, using a USPS kiosk, priority mail (my bad, I know... but you can't get registered other than from a postal clerk during normal work hours). They were received and processed the following Monday morning.

Not bad for $6 & change.

Really? I always did my job when I worked there for 31 years.

Like air plane flights, you only hear about the ones with fatalities and not the many thousands with no problems. I have used usps for 30 years without a problem other than item sitting in a hub a few days coming out of Indiana a couple of times.
