NESC vintage sets

I know that NESC is the raw arm of 4SC and that buying sets from them will not yield high PSA graded cards.
Just wondering if anyone has purchased sets from them, particularly ones where the images look like curled cards (see attached). Some of the stuff listed does look flat but I can't be sure since so many appear curled.
