Chances this 1954 Topps Henry Aaron bumps from a 6 to 6.5?

I just picked this card up and I have been looking at some of the PSA 6.5 1954s on eBay and the centering seems to be very close to the threshold. I value the opinions of the sharps here and thought I would ask for some input. What are the odds it bumps from 6 to 6.5? I am thinking of having it reviewed at the National (maybe twice) since it is probably a jump from 3300 to 5500+.

Is that a scratch on the case on the bottom right corner or is it on the card? If it's on the card, I'd say leave it as is. You could try it, but I don't think with three corners rounded/dinged and R/L centering would promote it to a 6.5
That scratch is on the holder.

Looks better than a 6 to me
Gem mint, right? Everyone knows that.

I don't think the P.S.A. guidelines for a Gem Mint 10 allow centering that far off left to right. I could be mistaken thought. Trying to learn!
No chance for a bump with that centering IMO.
+1
Card looks bright and colorful with good corners. Nice card.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
