Holy Schnikeys! This has to be a record!

Is this rise going to continue? Wow!

Don't know about the price, but that is one beautiful card.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

I don't think it's a record. I think I remember back in 1999/2000 that a few sold for around 100,000. That was also the time period when the si for kids tiger woods also sold for 100,000.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

For $45k I would want the right side of the card to look better than this one does. Look in the upper blue and lower right part of the card. I would not call that a 10 nor pay $45k. Would pay $5-6k and get a 9 that looks just as good.

    Some time around 1993 to 1995 - I remember the sale of a PSA 10 for $1500.

Thought that was a boatload of dough.

What the hell do I know?

My thoughts exactly! The chipping on the right side stands out like a sore thumb.

That does seem to be a bit above average

Yeah I remember seeing those on SAH and such back in my college days (early 2000s) and thought it was a big joke...I mean since when did people collect golf cards? image
