What level would you send in an 80 Henderson Rookie - 9 potential.

What value would you specify?

    Depends on the service level you want to submit it under. If you are submitting under regular service, I would claim the higher value that service level affords, but I've submitted a few Hendersons over the years that graded PSA 9 and all of them, with the exception of one submitted under a membership voucher, were submitted under the monthly special service level which allows $100 as the max declared value. Even though you may believe it has a shot at a PSA 9, if it grades PSA 8, it's a $60 card. Good luck with the sub!
