Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I could never understand why people won't price their cards. If you own the card you should know what it will take to buy it. It should be a rule here. Just my opinion.

The example which exceeded 3500 was a dead nuts centered nugget and far exceeds any similar example sold within the past few months. The hunger for quality is quite obvious. If you have a dead nuts centered Unitas RC, post a pic and wait 5 seconds.

The one listed here is very nicely centered. The link below is to his registry set. I can't figure out how to post the picture of just the Unitas card. ffishonn has a lot of very nice cards in this HOF registry set.

Yup. Can't argue with how nice those cards are. Thanks for posting the link.

I'm really sick of seeing someone post an item for sale only to have it followed by snippy comments made by people who aren't even interested in buying it. If the OP wants to take offers rather than set a price, guess what, that's his prerogative. jfkheat and djr, maybe you should find better things to do with your time.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Yes $2750 will buy it. I believe it stands out as one of the better copies you will see.
Thanks for the comments good or bad, everyone's entitled to their opinion.

I've dealt with Art and he is a fair guy. His prices aren't a "good deal", but they are fair considering the quality of some of the vintage RCs.

I think you are in the minority on this one Colonel Sanders. If you did a poll I think most people would prefer at least a starting price.
