How do you upload a new icon....

Just wondering because I use to have an option in the profile menu to upload icons. Was it taken away or something?

    yea I put a couple on before but now I don't have the option. Did I get it taken away?

    you cant do that anymore on CU they said to many people were puting naked ladys and stuff so they stoped it.
