Anyone get their Heritage Auctions summer pamphlet

Looks like Heritage will be auctioning off a 56 Topps Mantle PSA 10, 1968 Topps Nolan Ryan RC PSA 10 and a 63 Topps Pete Rose RC PSA 10. Both cards 1 of 1. Just can't to see what these cards will sell for this summer.

    Cards so out of my budget that I dont even dream of them. I will watch to see what they go for. Does anyone think any of them will surpass $1m?

    I remember some of the prices of the key cards from the auction but just pulled them up.

    Ouch Dmitri left millions on the table.

    It was fun to go back and read that thread on the Dmitri auction 4 years ago. Man, if only I had gotten around to building that time machine so I could revisit that auction now. The prices on the cards like the Clemente, Aaron, and Rose seemed so shockingly high to us then, but have become investments with a return unlike anything else. EOMINT and bingo boy just made a killing, as did anyone that picked up anything pre 1981 in that auction.

    I would always tell my friends that don't collect how amazing it would be to go back 15-20 years and have millions of dollars worth of cards when I come back because they were soooooo cheap, but now I just say how amazing it would be to just go back a couple of years and make bank (Aaron,Clemente and Mantle mainly).
