Registry set ranking question...

I have the Early Commemorative registry below in my sig. area. If you got to my sets's public page it says my current rank in 52. If you go to the current finest ranks in the category I'm ranked 30. So which is it?

Your currently # 30 when compared to all the current ACTIVE sets.

Your #52 when you are put up against all the sets current and RETIRED.
