It's really not much of a premium at all considering the coin is the equivalent of many MS61's and MS62's. The problem is it is actually mis-graded by today's market acceptable standards. That's an AU58 from the 1970's and early 1980's. And even back then, most of the dealers I knew would have sold it as Unc. I never saw a coin like that graded and priced as AU back in my early days. The small scratch is unfortunate, and maybe why it was netted down from 62/61 to 58.
