Does anyone know the origin of the Rough Rider Hoard of 1907 Saints?

Seems like a pretty recent discovery based on the slab generation.

    According to the video for the promo, Monaco seems to be promoting what could be a large fresher deal of 1907 Saints, the whole "Rough Rider" thing I doubt has anything to do with the origin or backstory of this deal rather just because Teddy was the one who wanted our coinage changed and the Saint is what he got.
