Not a serious collector of paper, but I do check the bills for stars,oddball serial #"s,errors etc. Picked up a star note in change at the bank today,any value? $20.00, 2009,JF03323151*,F6 below upper left SN. Thought I'd run it past the experts here. Thanks in advance.
