Curios if this is a problem only I am having or if others are having this problem also?



I've had 3 orders now in the past 10 days that still have no TV's posted. I've contacted PCGS via e-mail 3x and haven't received any responses.



Also, any ideas about who to ask for when I call (because I will call them today since I am not getting any response via e-mail).

I've been having a hard time getting any responses from their customer service via email too. I wanted to ask some questions about the restoration process for one of my coins, but its been radio silence so far. Maybe try messaging PCGSPhoto?

email photography@collectors.com and ask. I called customer service 4x on Monday and received a busy signal every time.

For my recent Secure Plus order, I never received the email with the links to the True View images. But I was able to retrieve them by going directly to the source. Type the following in your address bar, replacing 80861291 with your cert number:

Sounds like PCGS is super busy...I'm guessing that they will show up if you are patient...

Thank you! This worked for me. I just had a foreign medal graded and shipped off (just yesterday) without any notification about the TV. By putting my cert number into your link I was able to retrieve the image.

No problems on my end of TrueView coins.

We're having an odd problem of the TrueView emails not being dispatched. Our IT staff is working on it.
