    There have been shows at Vegas and although iyt fits the logistiics pretty well, my experience is that many of the sellers end up at the table games gambling and their tables are unattended/closed off.

    I still have a t-shirt from the Butcher Shoppe. The back of ti says "Doggie Bags are for Quitters!" I miss that place.

    I would stay start with a list of states that exempt paper money from sales tax, and then work from there.
