While she's no 67 , I absolutely love this note and WILL be sending her in for grading . Picked her up last week in an auction while only one other person and I saw it and they backed out at what I thought was a outstanding price and time for me !!!

I’d bet anything that the note was formerly part of Jim Hatch’s collection. Jim (member @Jim61) passed away recently. He collected serial number 61. I’m guessing his estate is liquidating his collection.
