Need help pricing a card

1990 Frank Thomas Topps Tiffany BGS 10

I realize this is a psa forum but im not sure how to price this card.

I want to sell it, friend wants to buy it but according to VCP, this card has never sold in this grade.

Any thoughts?

PWCC 90 Leaf Thomas PSA10 = $70 dlvd
PWCC 90 Leaft Thomas BGS10 = $780 dlvd

Call it an 11x multiplier.

There's a recent PWCC Topps Tiffany sold @ $235 delivered. Without checking pops, I'd say around $2500.

The topps tiffany is a pop 5, the leaf is a pop 34. Does that change your mind?

Not by much, but should command a premium above the $2500, probably $2800-3000 range.
