Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
The Wagner is too expensive to go in on the special, Douglas..
Joe O said that he would allow me to send it in under the special. If it grades better than AUTHENTIC, then we agreed that I would pay the normal grading price.
