I bought these from the US Mint for my daughters. It might be akin to blasphemy for a classic collector or dealer to admit, but I like pretty much everything about these little pieces. They have high intrinsic value due to their one-tenth ounce pure gold, they are a fairly faithful rendition to a wildly popular regular issue coin, the W-mintmark looks mighty cool on the reverse where a D-or S-mintmark would traditionally be found; and they are low enough in price that virtually any adult collector who might want to buy one may afford one. Indeed, I view these as terrific gifts for birthdays, graduations, holidays or other special events and have utilized some of the pieces that I purchased for those occasions. However, I expected that they would sell out quickly from the US Mint and that the secondary market might make them quite expensive, so I purchased the maximum allowed (ten coins) so that my clients might obtain a piece or two for a very low premium. These are all raw and are unsearched for grade or error. Completed ebay listings show these are selling for approximately $270 each raw and from unknown sources; I am listing these for not much over the cost to obtain them and ship them. They come complete with all the original government packaging. All on hold.
