Quick Question about PSA authenticated photos

I was looking at an auction for a PSA authenticated photograph and noticed it came with a certificate, however there was no sticker/hologram on the COA.
I asked the seller about the item and they said it wasn't "needed" because the full COA had the information on it.
Should I feel comfortable with this if the picture doesn't have the sticker/hologram directly on it?

some people don't want the stickers on items, depending on what it is i'm that way
not unusual, just make sure you see the letter - a lot of times the sticker is also on the letter
