Goodwin Auction '52 Mantle Description...

In the description...it states "slight variation in cut". Any idea what Mr Goodwin means? Short like minimum size requirement? Or tilt cut? I find the use of the phrase "slight variation in cut" ambiguous. Did PSA assign a grade despite a "slight variation in cut" knowing that this card comes from a Mr. Mint cello find and...therefore...legit despite being short. Correct me if I am wrong...but this would be a change in policy by PSA?

According to Joe Orlando, the graders don't even know who submitted the cards that that they grade.

Knowing the card came from the Mr Mint find (30 years ago), doesn't say anything about who submitted the card to PSA. The card could've changed hands a dozen times since it was bought from Alan Rosen.
