Can someone tell me if there has ever been a monthly special for wax pack grading. I have a number of packs that I want to have graded and am hoping that they do have a special sometime during the year.

    There have been pack specials in the past, whereby it was $10 or $12 a pack but none in the past several years.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    I've called and even asked about a bulk service for packs. I sent in 200 packs a year ago. They said they are so busy with packs there is no need to run a special or bulk service on packs. If they actually ran a pack special I just might renew my mebership. Since you don't have to be a member to submit at regular price I'll keep my money thanks.
