$100 Star Series of 2009 book says its from a sheet?

I got this C-Note at work today. The Net says the print run is #3 qty. 640K notes in sheet form. This note looks 100% machine cut to me. It has a hard centerfold but still looks nice. I wonder if the sheets were cut in-house and released from the BEP?

Almost all of the short run notes come in sheet form.

The majority of those notes get issued as pairs to replace multiple 9 and multiple 0 ending notes in the COPE format notes.

    Ah, gotcha! Thanks Lucky. image

...This one is probably not worth keeping since it's circulated, but it was definitely a fun find! It seems like just yesterday when all the new $100's were the 2009A series and no one had seen a 2009 note let alone a star. I noticed there are other examples on eBay, and I do not expect the low print run would be quite enough to fetch a premium on this note. Who knows, maybe worth a try?

But watch out for the 2009 stars. All of those notes are being released by the SNI (single note inspection) method, and the stars could be very tough. Be careful what you spend.

To be safe, I would hang onto it, given the high spoilage rate of those 2009 plains.

Watch for the JA*, JB* (fw), and the JE*. If you can snag those, you might REALLY have something.
