Question for the Saint Gauden's Pros Out There

In the process of making a mint state type set and will be looking for a "S" mintmark. Due to my budget, I have narrowed down my list of candidates to 1909-1911 and 1914-1916. Which of the previously mentioned years typically has the best strike and luster with the fewest spots?
