    I imagine that silver bar is unique. No other silver bar has that same exact serial number with that high 3.

    I don't like the plastic case. Usually the red flag for fake with bars.

    It's authentic. Those are regular 1 oz silver bar size snap tight cases. The "red flag" cases are thicker and have more squared off corners.

    I was thinking so, automatic reaction to the silver bars in cases at this point for me though, ha!

    Just say "Rare" just like they do on ebay. I've seen a few with higher $.

    I like it and would pay premium for that bar.

    Here is mine that I got awhile back and paid a healthy premium for it. It's one of the oddball like yours that don't come around often.
