Thanks Kraig. Yes this was part of a CA coin shop jackpot score we found last fall. There were many others in that deal as well. We believe it was an old time collection from the 60's or 70's.
Surprisingly, the San Fran $20 is Top Pop 1/0 at PCGS with only one other AU ever certified by them, a 55 (no PPQ). This 58PPQ is about as good as 58's come -- no visible folds, just some minor handling.
Realized I only had the C-B block on this, so this fills a hole for me and I am pleased with the note overall -- color, corners, etc.
PPQ is always a nice bonus on these!
I hadn't even looked for the engraving error on this note prior to submission. Even though the error variety is super plentiful, it was a pleasant surprise to see it on the holder.
