What makes this an obvious reprint? Would be great to know the telltale signs

The very short borders are common with certain fleer Jordan reprints. From the scan I'd say the fleer banner looks correct but with those narrow borders I'd say it's 100% fake!!

Why wouldn't anyone with a high grade raw card get them graded? Unless the obvious.

I thought there was a rule on eBay that any Jordan RC had to be graded if sold as authentic. Did eBay get rid of this rule?

No, it's still in place. But, ebay mainly relies on users to report the auctions.

I thought there was a rule on eBay that any Jordan RC had to be graded if sold as authentic. Did eBay get rid of this rule?
No, it's still in place. But, ebay mainly relies on users to report the auctions.
