I know with " Single Squeeze Hubbing " on the Quarters, the Doubling has to be in the Center of the Coin .

Looks like the Center to me and I put some Arrows & Circles around the areas of question ..

I don't think it's MD, this is what MD looks like on quarters from single squeeze hubbing .
