Assistance with Buffalo Nickel series

On the population report I noticed they have listings for S and D (for the San Fran and Denver mint), but I also see a "C"?

Is this C supposed to be Philadelphia? Or what's the deal with that?

    The only "C's" that I saw were for Cents as in "5C", such as...

    Ditto....5c = five cents.

    If id doesn't have the D or the S does that mean it is Philadelphia MINT?
