Does PCGS certify Pollock catalogued patterns?

For patterns, I've only seen PCGS certified Judd pieces (and those Pollock pieces that also have Judd numbers).

Will PCGS certified a piece that has a Pollock number but not a Judd number?

PCGS hasn't included either Judd or Pollock references in the published bullet list of varieties recognized for attribution on their holder, however it probably has simply been customary to use the Judd reference for the patterns they have graded to the present.

A call to customer service should get a clarification on what they will recognize.

I would expect that they would honor a request for attribution by Pollock number, especially if it is a case where there is no cross reference to Judd. My understanding is that there are some of such.

A quick review of CoinFacts shows an 1854 Proof Cent attributed as Pollock 187, which is a variation on Judd 160 & Judd 161 by weight.
