I promise I looked but could find answers to this question.
What fees are not covered by the 8 "free" submissions I get with this membership?
Specifically, what do I enter in the Fee Calculator area of the submission form?
The submitted coins are the raw, "nothing really special, just grade them" variety.

Just use the online submission section, click have voucher for 8 coins, and it figures out everything for you. Choose regular level.
You will pay for shipping and the handling fee.
