F-Details, rim damage. And that is O-101a because it has the die crack under thru the date.

She's an O-101a, won't straight grade with the rim dings.

Die crack. Here's a prominent one to compare.



Oftentimes sloppy edge lettering on bust halves is mistaken for rim damage. But I don't think that's the case with this example, and I think the bumps are too severe to straight grade.
