    First you have to go to a speak easy in downtown Chicago run by this syndicate

    Then you have to search for this lovely young lady that has them monogram her money. Maybe you can get her to buy something from you; I hear she likes hand held mirrors, compacts, and white knee high boots. And if your lucky Voila! You now have that elusive $1 PP radar note. And if you are a gentleman she will even autograph it for ya!
