Is anyone else having trouble with the Mint's order tracking?

I was trying to track an order's status to see if has shipped, but when I entered the Order Number (as usual), the website bounced me to a page that lists all of my previous orders.
And they all show "order processing" as the status, even the ones that shipped months ago.
Is anyone else getting the same result?
