    With the new SOI notes, they have been releasing the 9999 and 0000 ending notes, instead of replacing them with stars, so 96000000 *should* be possible now.

    This was an impulse buy on Ebay. I thought it was a radar at first...and after I posted a (winning) bid I realized it was not a radar, but a bookends note. Dumb, but still a cool serial.

    Got that right. And while the 30303040 note is the closest, finding the 30303041 note right beside it suggests I was closer than simply finding a random note that missed the mark. Oh well, that makes the hunt exciting.
