Fleer World Series pack expert

Who is the SME for early Fleer World Series packs? How do you know the difference in Laughlin vs World Series packs? How do you know the year?

I have a pack that says "World Series...1st Time Ever!" And copyright 1968, but some of these online say 1970 or 1971 eventhough copyright is 1968.

    The one I'm referring to is in the 2nd row, middle pack. World Series Trading Cards...1st Time Ever! The back has a copyright of 1968.

    The above links, particularly the first one discuss that pack. I have tried to collect every Fleer issue from 1959 to 2006, including a pack run. The Fleer sticker blog is a great resource for the many Fleer issues of the 60s and 70s. Do not put too much credit on the CRs for the packs/wrappers in this period. Reuse was rampant
