Is this really 1 of the top 9 1962 Topps Mays?

Check out this 1962 Topps Mays. It's a PSA 9, so its 1 of the top 9 cards ever graded by PSA, but it looks like it has wear on the TR and BL corners, as well as being off center. Anyone seen a better 1962, even though it might not be as high of a grade?

The 1962 set is near impossible to collect in high grade. No way would I attempt this as a set with the borders, chipping, and edges that so easily stand out. Thats not a great 9 but I bet there aren't many better.

I would take Littletweed's PSA 8 all day over that PSA 9. Not even close in my opinion.

I wonder what the qualifications are to label something "crazy rare"?

So that is a PSA 9 and I can't get this baby to bump. (after 4 tries, I'm done trying). It can be a bit frustrating trying to figure this stuff out...

Clockwork Angel...PSA isn't always right given this example and your 62 Maris. I remember dickering with the guy who had this card for sale. I slept on his offer of selling it for $7500...and the next morning decided to go for it...but you had already bought it. Beautiful example whether an 8.5 or 9.
