regarding the 20 center, are the scratches on either side of the eagles head on the plastic or on the coin itself ?

The twenty-cent piece looks to be an AU-58, if the scratches are on the holder and not the coin. If on the coin ... then I am not sure if the scratches are bad enough to warrant a genuine holder.

Those do look like scratches between the eagles head and STATES on the twenty-cent piece.

    Good looking CC coins nevertheless.

both strike me as cleaned AU's.

Not going to crucify these based on your images.

I see the 75-CC as AU55 and the issues mentioned by others just seem like hairlines.

The 78-CC might be in as high as a MS63 holder, but surface wise I'd rather have the 75-CC.

Now that you've added updated images of the 75-CC I still see it as a AU55, but a very choice example surface wise you seldom see on double dimes.
