Is VCP down?

Every time I try to refresh I get a message that states:

"Too many connections"



The site can get slow and stall every once in a while, but I haven't been able to get on for about 2 hours now.
Current T206 Needs: (Updated 9/11/17)

LaJoie Portrait 3+, Cy Young Bare Hand 3+

Ty Cobb Bat Off 4+, ANY Red & Green Portrait

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    It's the adds on my smart phone. Very slow waiting for them show up ??
