According to PCGS coin facts, they have a pop of 23, 28, and 33, respectively.
I'm comfortable they're "beanable," "+" able, or even upgradeable using today's
grading standards.
Remember it was my NGC 01-S AU50 quarter that was upgraded to AU53 at PCGS.
It was another JJT coin bought many moons ago.
A couple of Barber experts saw the coin in hand, but were not impressed.

Couple of the folks on here didn't really like it, but there are far more who do, incl some of the best graders in the biz!
