Now the $10 1934 LGS set...

Tookybandit has already asked some weeks ago in another thread if I collect a $10 1934 LGS set too...
The answer is YES!

Here are 10 notes I already own. 2 more I still need...

    Nice set.

With time and patience, the 1934 $10 LGS set can be completed fairly easily and inexpensively.

FYI, I thing there is a CU GA on flEbay, but it is raw.

    Thank you!

Yes, a Chicago note should be available. A Minny could be a little tougher.

I saw the note on eBay, but I don't buy raw notes. Too risky that it's finally no CU.
I can wait for a graded one.

    Fantastic set of LGS!

You are smart to avoid buying raw on ebay unless you don't mind having to go through the trouble of a potential return. The majority of notes being peddled raw on ebay are raw for a reason. Either they haven't been submitted for grading because the owner knows there's an issue with it or they've already been cut out of AU or non-ppq/epq holders because the seller decided they might get more money out of them by selling them and advertising as raw CU while hoping the buyer doesn't know any better or won't go through the trouble of a return. Plus many people simply don't know how to grade and will call just about anything CU. LOL. Of course there are always exceptions but we've found through years of experience that about 50-60% of raw CU notes on ebay are not as described.

When buying on eBay, you need to know what to look for, and need to know you are buying from an honest seller.

Forgot: How is your $20 set coming along ?

You're an excellent observer. Yes, I didn't say anything concerning the $20 1934 LGS notes...

But I'm afraid this set isn't advanced enough.
Actually I've got only 8 of the 12 districts, there is still much work to do...

Eight is well advanced (IMO). That is 67 percent complete. What districts are you missing (you can PM me if you wish).

    Here's an upgrade:
I bought this note today, because the New York in my set is only a PCGS 63.
This notes is now in the normal range and has an EPQ.
