Which company is the worst at catching mini sized cards?

I know that PSA seems to be the most ardent grader at catching cards that may be undersized. However, if you were going to buy either SGC or Beckett, which one would you feel more secure with respect to the card measuring up? Thanks, Tom

SGC.
