sure but why list 20 bu franklins for 160 make offer? the lowest you can get circs for 150 on ebay. Also how does a seller get to over 250 feedback without figuring out that someone has to pay for postage? He also has 2 neutrals from buyers that never received anything.

Positives from the past month look suspicious too.

probably a bunch of avg circ if you even get your item, even though pics look BU and description says uncirculated. Setting himself up for even more failure.
