I don't know a lot about obsoletes so how rare is it? can anyone post a scan of a complete note?

I believe it to be the G28 listed as SENC in haxby, if someone is aware of another example I'd like to hear about it
I don't see a monogram, and looking at the Haxby plate note it seems that monogram would be in the lower left just to the right of the 2 counter where it goes from dark to light at that border

He lists G28a as URS-4 (5-8 known).
