    Note was cleaned with an organic solvent which reacted with the pigments in the seal ink. The color change was an unwanted consequence.

    The top corners aren't as sharp as I'd expect.

    Was this once a high grade circulated note?
    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    I don't know, but it sure in the heck does not qualify for a GEM65 grade.
