It appears I received this and can pick up modern gold commems at or below spot. Is that the best play with these?

Better play is the $50 Gold Buffalo or AGE at very near spot.

did that last time I had an 8% bucks offer and did it again with this ten percent offer. A one ounce AGE pretty much at spot works for me.

Very odd on this one, for me. My buyer's account received a 5X offer, while my seller's account received a 10% offer. I realize it's all the same, but two 'different' offers, that's a first for me.
    I'll come up with something.

I wonder how much Silvertowne has benefited putting their bullion in a non bullion category because of the bucks program.

a bit more sales, a bit more new customers. They also list other bullion in a bullion category as well.

The bullion restriction is nonsense anyway. Tools are excluded also which I find very annoying because I buy a lot of tools. A dollar spent is the same as any other as far as I can see.

ebay probably researched which categories were costing them the most in lost revenue (bonus bucks). Bonus bucks come out of ebay's pocket and higher dollar items can put the hurt on them.

And possibly even a bit more than that if many of their items were not a pre-sale. The wait times are just too long for me.

It would be nice if the Sigma Metalytics Precious Metal Verifier was in a category where ebucks can be earned. It would sure soften the blow for me!

That I don't know as I have not used Ebates. Formerly I used Mr. Rebates but they no longer provide anything on bullion purchases off ebay. Presently Swagbucks is 2% back.
